Section 153 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 requires us to exercise our rule-making powers in writing. This part of the website fulfils our duty to publish the rule-making instruments including amending instruments. Taken together, the instruments (but not the non-Handbook instruments) contain the definitive version of the Handbook at any particular time.
